Discussion: Why 'Common Sense' isn't quite so 'Common'

Isn't it ironic? What do you feel about this? Can you list some stuff that you feel should be classified as common sense?
Why do you think it's not too common?

You may rant, but provided you have a solution to your rant.
(e.g. I can complain that my platypus won't do tricks. Solution is to teach it. To teach it I must have as equal determination as I do complaining when teaching.)

This is no exception to the first rule. Don't Flamepc.

Because people are afraid. Afraid of what? To make mistakes. What is common is often the most obvious choice but people think twice because they are afraid it is the wrong one and thus they refer to others, eventually losing their own power over choice.
